Ivan Bellotto
Ivan founded Smart Outdoor Inc. as a way to offer safety for trail users while using smart phone capabilities and high-quality signs, while providing a sustainable revenue source back to the trails. He has spoken about unlocking the hidden revenue in trails at the National Parks and Recreation Show, Florida Parks and Recreation Show, and American Trails Symposium.
Eric Stuerken
Eric joined Smart Outdoor in 2019, bringing a wealth of financial and banking experience. He co-founded Better Qualified in 2005, which has helped over 50,000 clients nationwide. Eric also co-founded the internet shopping portal PIIQ.com, raising approximately $8 million in private equity.
Luis Diaz
Luis joined in 2020 and is responsible for the fabrication, coordination, and installation of all signage and mile markers throughout Smart Outdoor's trail network.
Christopher Blackman
Christopher joined the board in 2021. He currently serves as SVP and CIO at Empire State Realty Trust and also serves on the board of the Office, Technology, and Operations Consortium (OTOC).
Jason Milde
Jay joined as a partner and board member in 2020. A graduate of Quinnipiac University and The University of Edinburgh, Jay brings technical expertise and extensive experience in parks and recreation to the team.
